Jennifer is laser-focused on 3 key areas: providing strategic guidance while creatively solving even the most difficult of problems facing clients; coaching and guiding our team to bring their A-game to work every day; and evolving our services in real-time to move with the ever-changing landscape of the integrated marketing communications industry. Over her 20 years in the business, Jennifer has worked across a variety of practice areas and disciplines. However, her expertise has been in healthcare, as science and wellness are two of her passions.
Jennifer has worked with healthcare companies big and small specializing in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and device and consumer health. She has supported brands from the early stages of pre-approval all the way through to lifecycle management. She has also managed corporate reputations via innovative leadership programs and crisis management.
Jennifer has spent the better part of her career working with top global pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, GSK, Roche, EMD Serono, Bayer, Galderma, and Novartis. She continues to work as a partner to most of these companies today.
Jennifer’s motto is “Work hard, live well.” She is known for being available 24/7 to her clients … but also to her family. As a busy working mom of two young children – who often refer to her as “worker mom” – Jennifer has become the ultimate multitasker, ready to provide strategic counsel in any situation without missing a beat.
Jennifer is a member of PRSA and HBA while also working as a mentee in the Arthur Page Society. She also volunteers with the American Diabetes Association and the North Shore Autism Circle. Before joining W2O Group in 2006, Jennifer was Director of the Healthcare Practice at Cohn & Wolfe, a WPP agency. Prior to that, she held leadership positions at Makovsky and Company, Edelman, and Golin/Harris.
