Colleen brings 15 years of professional experience to W2O Group, both on the client and agency sides of the healthcare business.Based out of Boston, Colleen provides senior communications and marketing counsel to US and global clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech and specialty pharmacy markets. Her global experience includes internal and external corporate communications, brand communications, multichannel marketing, community relations, public affairs, alliance management and policy reform.

Colleen’s healthcare experience crosses a range of therapeutic categories, including reproductive health, metabolic disease, HIV, oncology, orphan diseases, neurodegenerative disease, diabetes, asthma and various autoimmune categories, as well as a range of technologies and devices. Before joining the W2O Group, Colleen led US and global Marketing and Communications at EMD Serono.

Most recently, she was responsible for strategic planning and regional integration of customer and consumer and marketing campaigns; digital strategy and social media; market analysis and policy reform; global patient advocacy; and strategic country communications platforms and initiatives related to the marketed fertility products and devices.

Prior to working for the global organization, Colleen led brand communications and consumer marketing for the US Fertility and Endocrinology units where she implemented multichannel strategies, developing high profile initiatives to drive demand for products and devices in reproductive health, metabolic endocrinology and HIV.

Colleen also worked in the Corporate Communications group, leading internal communications and community relations, as well as issues management, crisis communications, business development communications, corporate narrative development, and website development.Prior to EMD Serono,

Colleen worked with two top healthcare agencies in New York, specializing in communications for global healthcare clients, driving strategy and tactical work in approving and launching brands; building therapeutic franchises; professional andconsumer campaigns; medical education; competitor management; and corporate reputation.
