With more than 20 years of experience, Molly has worked across industries and, within healthcare specifically, a wide-range of therapeutic areas. Her broad client base includes multi-national companies, private corporations, and community-based organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit.
Highly effective in internal and external comms strategies, Molly regularly counsels C-suite executives and other senior leaders. She also specializes in crisis and issues preparedness. From developing robust response strategies to creating messaging, materials and measurement, she is adept at responding in real-time to help clients navigate these difficult situations.
Molly joined W2O from Golin, where she focused on rare diseases and led a full suite of communications activities that included some of the earliest examples of social media engagement and highly targeted communications programs.
Molly’s work has spanned the biopharmaceutical industry, working with clients such as 3M, Bristol-Myers Squibb, EMD Serono, Exact Sciences, GSK, Horizon, Intracellular Therapies, Inc., J&J, Otsuka, Pfizer and Takeda (including legacy Shire and Baxalta), among others.
She has also spearheaded communications for major Academic Medical Centers and health systems, including Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA, Texas Health Resources and Western Connecticut Health Network.
Molly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Journalism (emphasis in public relations) and Spanish. She often returns to her alma mater to guest lecture and in 2019, organized a 2-day guest lecture series in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
